Is it just me or is that thing mad stained

Definitely quite stained/etched. That price would be appropriate if it was in great condition, in its current state judging by the pictures it’s worth half that or less.

I just got an email response from RooR Germany… they said the Made In Germany logo on the bottom was not started before 2006/2007. They did not have any pieces made in 2005 that have the Made In Germany stamped on them. So this piece is not from 2005. It’s likely from 2010 or 2011.
