We’re happy to announce our newest program for sellers that’s been in the works for a while! The Trusted Seller Program will reward our most active sellers with earlier payouts, tiered discounts on fees, and free GlassPass merch, with more to come. This program is only available by application.

How Do I Apply?

Tap the “Apply for Trusted Seller” button in the Account Settings menu to submit your account for review. This will add you to the queue of accounts for review, then we’ll reach out to you for more info. Please allow 3-5 days for review!

Requirements

The minimum requirement to become a Trusted Seller is 10 sales through GlassPass, unless you are a verified artist, gallery, or shop. Reputable collectors with verified sales outside of GlassPass may also apply. All Trusted Sellers must submit an ID for verification.

Accepting payments outside of GlassPass's Payment System may result in the removal of Trusted Seller status.

10 Sales: Early Payouts – payouts are sent when the item is dropped off at the post office
Trusted Seller badge displayed on profile and next to username

50 Sales: 0.25% less sales fees
100 Sales: 0.50% less sales fees

FAQs

Q: What if there’s a dispute with an item I’ve already been paid for?

As a trusted seller, we expect you to cooperate with the buyer and issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. The same GlassPass protection process will apply, requiring the buyer to have an unboxing video, etc. If the dispute is valid and you fail to indemnify the buyer, you may be banned from GlassPass and face monetary repercussions. Trusted Sellers are responsible for complying with GlassPass's Refund & Return Policy, should there be a dispute.

Q: When do I get paid as a Trusted Seller?

Trusted Sellers are paid within 24 hours of the tracking number indicating the item has been receieved by the postal carrier.

Q: What if I don't have 10 sales on GlassPass?

You may submit verified sales with screenshots, buyer refrences, and other necessary information to apply. The review process may take around 2-3 weeks, as we will reach out to all refrences to verify the transactions were legitmate.
