GlassPass Trusted Seller Guide
The Trusted Seller Program rewards our most active sellers that have a history of only good business. Users with TS status get earlier payouts, discounts, free stuff, and other rewards – with more to come! This program is available by application only.
Requirements
The minimum requirement to become a Trusted Seller is 10 sales AND $750+ sold through GlassPass, unless you are a verified artist, gallery, or shop with a business license. All Trusted Sellers must submit an ID for verification.
- Profile Picture & Bio
- 10+ sales AND $750 sold
- 4.8+ review rating
- No previous reports, bans, flags, or issues with other users
- Stellar transaction history (disputes that were resolved peacefully do not count against you)
Accepting payments outside of GlassPass's Payment System will result in the removal of Trusted Seller status.
How Do I Apply?
To submit your account to the Trusted Seller application, follow these steps:
- Meet all Requirements as listed above.
- Go to Account Settings from your Profile.
- Tap “Apply for Trusted Seller” at the bottom, which displays a pop-up:
- Tap "Submit Application" to add your account to the queue.
- Tap "Submit ID" to upload your verification documents.
- Wait until we reach out! It takes up to 2-3 weeks for a review based on demand.

FAQs
Q: What if there’s a dispute with an item I’ve already been paid for?
- As a trusted seller, we expect you to cooperate with the buyer and issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. If GlassPass requests a payout back from you for an item sold, you must send it back immediately. The same GlassPass protection process will apply, requiring the buyer to have an unboxing video, etc. If the dispute is valid and you fail to indemnify the buyer, you may be banned from GlassPass and face monetary repercussions. Trusted Sellers are responsible for complying with GlassPass's Refund & Return Policy, should there be a dispute.
Q: When do I get paid as a Trusted Seller?
- Trusted Sellers are paid within 24 hours of the tracking number indicating the item has been received by the postal carrier.
Q: What if I don't have 10 sales on GlassPass?
- You may submit verified sales with screenshots, buyer references, and other necessary information to apply. The review process may take around 2-3 weeks, as we will reach out to all references to verify the transactions were legitimate.
