10mm Drip Bucket Banger Pendy w Case

I got this about 5 years ago it just popped up in a box of stock. I cannot remember the maker for the life of me. But I did take photos of the signature and maybe you'll know or can find out for value purpose. I'm gonna put 100 bucks on it.
