2016 sovereignty stem 44 small base w/ splash guard & light bloom 18mm

This is a 18mm small base sovereignty glass stemline with splash guard. I am the second owner of the piece and was one of my first sovs. If you pay asking price it will come with a Captain Hook 3 pinch bowl piece that is a replica of the tube. Has light bloom in the top canister. The piece has an effortless pull that is awesome.
