2017-8 sovereignty glass capcycler

Tube is in decent condition overall some light bloom/hard water rings towards the top of the can, as well as the neck no chips in the tube or exterior scratches some light scratching on the interior of the neck from previous owner cleaning improperly, cleaning it the base of the tube as well as the horn of the slide. Were both repaired by Fishbone. It also has the smaller 28mm neck. No trades please 🙏
