Absolutely stunning piece by Boom Felazi from 2015. A conversation & show piece. Much rarer to find electroforming these days & for some reason, girls love this tube.
This work features the dramatic electroformed quartz crystals with carved accent rings, a bubble bottom, and 10-11mm glass. That’s right, the tube and base measured to 10-11mm thickness. In addition to the copper and quartz, this is a HEAVY beast of a tube. She stands ~20”tall with an 18mm female joint and matching 18mm slide.
