This puffco top is by Boro Farms It features a 3 hole perc and a narrow neck, it gives some big crowds. It came with the ball cap. I’m including a matching orange puffco ballcap (with rubber), and an unknown artist ball cap insert with an opal. I’m also including the matching orange/yellow tuff tether.
