2017 piece done by Lyons and certo! It does have bloom in the can and the bottom has been popped off by the artists to try and clean it. We bought it early 2023 by a reputable brand and they had water in it so we could not see the bloom until it had dried out the morning after, after the sale had been completed. Functions like a beast and we are letting it go way under retail for these reasons.
