It includes the slide that came with it and a brand new fully worked slide that I had made for it. SwissPerc Mat NOT included.
There is a small Ti mark on the base that is barely visible (last picture). The previous owner failed to mention it to me but after reaching out to SwissPerc, he told me it came like that from the studio. It can be sandblasted off.
