This gorgeous piece is from one of the youngest and brightest stars in the glass game, Congruent Chris. His custom design, which he calls the "Isocycler," is a complex and masterful performer when it comes to function, but Chris also adds his elegant and beautiful fumed and scribbled sections to make this piece a treat for the eyes as well.
Chris’ execution is flawless, perfectly balanced and symmetrical without a bubble or bend in sight. The fume lines are perfectly straight and the scribbled sections are an intricately organized chaos, while the purple satin looks soft and velvety to the touch. The function is so smooth at first you'll wonder if you've added enough water! Chris' design is a wonder to behold, the upper chamber dispelling the bubble action of the 3-hole perc so well it's almost unbelievable.
