Cute Winter Hat Hand Pipe

Super cute pipe wearing a cute little hat! Clear glass with white flecks inside that really look like fresh snow. Hat on top is light blue and white with opaque white trim and ball I imagine this pipe will only get prettier with use! Brand is unknown. Measures 5.5 inches long and 1.5 inches at the widest and tallest points. New and never used!
