Nature and science blend beautifully in this exquisite dry pipe, a collaboration between two titans in the glass game, Dan Hoffman and Mr. Gray. Dan is well known for his chemistry-themed work, and Mr. Gray's plant-themed pieces are renowned for their realism and rich textures. I have commissioned works from Dan before, and built an excellent rapport with him throughout our business together. He is constantly pushing the bounds of shaping and handling glass, so when he told me he was partnering with Mr. Gray, a veteran in the industry with work older than I am, I knew I was going to be interested.
