This is cameo engraved glass which has been flame polished, I also applied a layer of varnish to the black layer to give the colors extra vibrancy. I very much enjoyed working on this and it’s been hard to move on to the next project when I’m still rather captivated by this subject. I think for my next one I’m going to try a tree dragon with wood burls for the horns, and maybe try to include a pagoda and tree if I have enough space.
