Skull Bubbler Rig made by NY (Now Florida) artist Geoff Platt.
Rig is not CFL or UV but has a very nice color shift depending on what light hits it.
14mm, one of the only rigs I've seen personally with this style downstem.
Chugs water very nicely.
Only used with Distilled water.
Comes with a matching Carb Cap by @updog_glass
