Not sure if he's the originator of the external recycler  but he definitely took it to next level with pieces like this.
Was sold at glass expo for around 10k is what he told me in a private message.
I traded a Gordman Synchronizer (3.5k) and a Goliath UV Four (1.4k)

The piece recycles then slowly drains on the outside of the rig down to Lily pads..
