Comes with the OG made in germany clip (pre illadelph stamped clips)
Also included a matching blue bear quartz reducer that would make it adaptable with 10MM slides /quartz
Comes shipped in the OG printed box as you see it
DOES NOT COME WITH SLIDE SHOWN IN PIC
Some things to note:
Has a chip on the detachable mouthpiece as shown in pics
Has stain line on the drain as shown in pics
The honeycomb has a few small tool specs that have always been there
