Milli tube 10mm - PLS HELP!

Looking for a blower to help me out. A commission hopefully. 

I have a small tube that has no downstem. Its joint is 10mm and the stem would be 14mm or 10mm. I'm not familiar with downstems really, but have done research and think I know what I need. 

10mm joint to 10mm or 14mm stem. 3.75 to 4in I believe.
