Jeff Heath is the Illinois based glass artist behind this luxurious recycler. He has earned a respectable reputation for his intricate environmental themed static art pieces, as well as his functioning art pieces such as our globe bottle rigs. This globe rig has a precise threadichello pattern placed evenly, and complete with a ornate blue line wrap above and below to really lock-in the pattern. The 'serum' aspect of this piece means that it is color changing (see photos) depending on CFL and natural light environments!
