Hi friends, I have a black and red pivot top. The air slit on the back spins terp pearls perfectly. The black spikes and bumps give it a very nice grip to help prevent dropping it. The donut will block any wax from splashing into your mouth, and you from accidentally inhaling a terp pearl. It stays attached pretty darn well to the pivot, but for added security, you can always pass a piece of rope or necklace through it.
You can even use it to wear your pivot as a pendant, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Like I can jump up and down just holding the mouth piece without the pivot falling, but I’d hate for you to lose your device.
