Kinda Glass tube/Sherlock set

Old school set, unsure of year however as it isn't dated. Sherlock has sig. One small red blemish on the tube that I couldn't figure out for the life of me how it got there. Definitely on the outside of the tube, you can feel it. Has original clear downstem that was being cleaned when I was taking pics so I grabbed the nearest one that was clean.
