Beautiful Melitz Art topper.
Not sure of the exact colors but it's a green and blue combo with gold flecks/dichro.
Rare 3 color/section work, most of his work is color on 2 sections (perc and mouth) but not the neck.
It's a 3 hole and chugs, and the design doesn't allow much splashback. Large airhole! My favorite topper for the puffco I've personally used. Nice tight seal and larger air hole. The artist definitely used a puffco, you can tell by his design choices on these pieces.
Retail was about 355. ✌️
