My favorite variation of the diffuser pump. Jfglass has a wait list on these so we stocked up so you can skip the line!

I find myself not being able to use the press on lip style. This one you place your lips over  (like a straw) on the nub which then rests on the dish. Very comfortable!

This tit style mouth piece was specifically commissioned to allow people (like me) who have a muscle disease that makes certain mouth piece styles uncomfortable.
