The outside-in bong by Hamms Waterworks is a staple of scientific functional glass art. Standing at 13” tall, the OSIB has an incycycler recycler that chugs like a beast. Water splash is not a thing with this piece, because the mouthpiece of the piece is the splashguard itself. It’s kinda like a bong inside of a bong. It’s hard to describe, but it absolutely shreds.
