I don't know the artist name but it was purchased in 2001 at a shop called The System owned by Sir Pyro Glass. I just emailed him to see if he knows the artist name so I will update if I get that info. It has a large base making it very stable. I've bumped it a few times and it didn't come close to tipping which is why it lasted so much longer than any other bong I've had. It does require a grommet to put the downstem in because this was made before glass on glass was even a thing. I will update with a photo this week after I buy a grommet.
