Beautiful Melitz Art topper.
Not sure of the exact colors but it's a green and blue combo with gold flecks/dichro.
Rare 3 color/section work, most of his work is color on 2 sections (perc and mouth) but not the neck.
It's a 3 hole and chugs, and the design doesn't allow much splash back.
