This bundle comes with a brand new Puffco Pivot in onyx, silver Puffco travel case, an adapter to use the Pivot with a 10mm rig, clear Randohm Glass mouthpiece, wood grain GlassArtByShaggy mouthpiece, and two ruby pearls; both included mouthpieces will spin pearls.
The accessories have been lightly used but this Pivot has never been taken out of the package; this was my backup device.
