Backstory: I bought this off my neighbor before he moved out of the building. He didn’t say where he got it, and the only place I’ve seen “QG glass” is on Aliexpress, tho they only make galaxy pendants under that name.
Seems to be some gentle CFL shifting that’s reminiscent of Parallax
