This 8.6” 4 Seed Faberge Egg was purchased directly from Mothership’s studio after their first Dinner Event in Seattle just over 10 years ago. From the pictures you will see that the top rear jesus seal is solid. More importantly, the right bridge is solid! From what I can tell, this was the result of a very narrow space between the inner and outer walls.
2ND’s are pieces that do not meet an artist’s or studio’s standards, and Mothership has the most intimidating quality control standards I have seen from a studio. Pieces with visible imperfections or symmetry issues were originally sold as 2ND’s to shop employees and friends before eventually being made available to the public.
