Encalmo cup holds just over 14oz, top band and a few bands throughout are CFL color parallax. Safe for hot coffee or iced coffee. Yes the cup is beat up. I brought it to work daily for ~2 years. Retail 375 (at auction - way low for his work) Asking 200 in its condition scuffed bottom, minor knapping on lip from air bubbles.
