This was a custom done by slurm_snobglass from 2k22. The rainbow wig wag sections have dichro layered over them and there is UV citrine in the tubing. The rod used for the teeth is Acadian Glassworks cobalt w/ crushed opal rod. This was layered over with UV citrine. This is a double uptake, a 3-hole downstem with an opal encasement on the downtake. The encasement is glow in the dark blue. More pics and info can be provided! Thank you!
