This is spinner aka vortex style carb cap with the airflow and size to work on 25mm and even 30mm buckets. It has been the best functioning vortex I've used outside of the binary caps.
As to the looks; having Pikachu shooting electricity out creates a conversation starter and even more so when hit with UV or blacklight in a dark room.
Not in a rush to sell this because this is the first one he ever created in this style but putting it up because I'm clearing space currently. It's been very well kept would put this at 9/10 because it's been used. If you're interested I've put a price I feel comfortable at.
