Shattered my real Votex and immediately bought this from Terporium as a replacement. Ended up replacing it with a Grail (bucket style) instead. Unboxed and gave it a pull, did not like the turbulence. It’s remarkably similar to the real Toro Vortex and is even thicker quartz in some parts, but it just didn’t hit the way I wanted. Unit has not touched heat, extract, water, fiber or isopropyl
