Artist is princessgrandpa glassworks on IG. 
I got this from my friend who had got this as part of a rave set. Neither of us have ever used it. Artist’s droppers are $100-$120 alone. My friend had them add the custom latch so it can be used as a pendant. I believe the color is pink slyme.
