Unknown American Blower

I purchased this at smoking Smitty's in Bozeman Montana but again apparently too stoned to write down the glass blower. If anybody knows who made this, please let me know. Great rig. Chugs like a champ. See picture four, there is the smallest of chips on one of the slag tights hanging under the fitting, torch hit.
