Well made skull head pendant with black cord

I have an excellently sculpted skull head pendant available for sale. The original buyer says he doesn’t remember the artist but that it was purchased from glass Vegas. I’ve reached out to a couple people but I wasn’t not able to confirm who the artist is. The pendant is very well made so someone talented made it. Retail is 350. Make me a fair offer and I’ll consider it.
