Wig-wag tube (unknown artist)

Not the original down stem that he came with nor bowl, but the only ones that I had in shop that would be suitable 14 mm for the down stem  14 mm bowl size 10 1/2” tall What’s from my artist that walked into the shop a few years back unfortunately I don’t recall his name and it’s not signed
