Ziricote Proxy Core cup #5

Ziricote is on the rare side, it's known for it's very distinct grain pattern, it's just a wild tangled mess of grain! It's very dense, you'll definitely be surprised at the weight. This is not a fun wood to work with but the results are unlike anything I've done before. I probably won't make any more of these. -Finished with cold pressed hemp oil and my own wax blend, its beautiful, durable and easily brought to a mirror shine with a little buffing - Wood has a wonderful and natural hand feel, is never too hot or too cold - Wood is pretty durable, it can dent and scratch when dropped but it won't shatter like glass and it might even look better, plus it can always be refinished ;) - Wood is relatively cheap, these aren't $300+ pieces of...
