14mm quad uptake triple drain, opal under the joint, large facted opal in the back, signed by daveman on the bottom.
First and only owner. Purchased from Positive Vibes in their Englewood shop last year (may/june). I'm pretty sure the color was "crushed opal & citrine", as best as I can recall.
Function is great, good vortex on the drain. Comes in plucked pelican cases (pictured)
