The piece is practically new and made by LV Glass. It is accented with heavy blue stardust which sparkles beautifully in the light. The perc is a downward facing gridded inline with 16 holes. I would prefer to sell the set with a blue stardust matching horn slide with opal also made by LV Glass. The slide has an imperfection that I have shown in the pictures.
