This is a second quality @Cramboro Ballcycler in Lemon drop with two encased opals. This is the best functioning piece I’ve ever owned and has been my daily driver for a fat minute. 
The only thing that makes this piece second quality is that it has a small black dot on the bottom and a small piece of glass on the inside of the bottom chamber. The piece of glass in the bottom chamber is clear and invisible with water, does not effect the function, and can potentially come off with a good technique.
